AWD/4WD is recommended from December through March. Be prepared for possible early snow at this high elevation. Hot tub is swimwear-only. Hot tub test strips are provided. After booking, the guest must complete two quick online items within 48 hours (or before check-in, whichever comes first): our Rental Reservation Agreement and our House Rules & Guest Policies.
