House in Beech Mountain
Beech Mtn Cabin | Sleeps 10, Fall Views, Fire Pit
Entire home • 10 guests • 5 bedrooms • 6 beds • 4 bathrooms
A spacious five-bedroom retreat on Beech Mountain, built for the group that wants everyone under one roof without anyone on top of each other. With beds for ten, two kitchens across two levels, a wraparound deck made for the view, and a back deck that lights up in fall color, this is the easy, comfortable basecamp for a family gathering or a getaway with friends.
Fall here, specifically: Beech is the highest town in the eastern U.S., so the color turns early and the air goes crisp before anywhere else. The back deck looks straight into it — coffee at sunrise, the gas fire pit at dusk, and the ridgelines shifting gold and red in between. Drive the Blue Ridge Parkway at its peak, then come home to a fire.
The Main Level
An open living space anchored by a gas fireplace, with a full kitchen and easy flow out to the deck. This level is built for gathering, and it keeps everyone close.
Three bedrooms are on the main floor for single-level convenience: the primary suite with a king bed and a private full bathroom; a guest room with a queen; and a second guest room with two twins — ideal for kids or friends. Laundry is on the main floor, too, so there's no hauling up and down stairs.
The Upper Level — A Home Within the Home
Upstairs functions almost as its own suite for a second family or couple. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and its own full bathroom — and one with private deck access. Between them, a full kitchenette with a dining table, sink, counter space, and a refrigerator, so the upstairs guests can make coffee and breakfast without ever coming down. It's the layout that makes multi-family trips genuinely work.
Sleeping for ten:
Main-floor primary — king, private bath.
Main-floor guest — queen.
Main-floor guest — two twins.
Upstairs suite — queen, private bath, deck access.
Upstairs bedroom — queen, private bath.
Four full bathrooms in total.
The Outdoors
A large deck wraps the home with outdoor furniture for lingering, a gas fire pit for cool mountain evenings, and a gas grill for cooking out. The back deck is the star in fall, framing the foliage as it turns. Ample parking fits five to seven vehicles — a real convenience for a group this size.
The Setting
Beech Mountain delivers cool summers, brilliant falls, and snowy, ski-season winters, with Beech Mountain Resort close by. You get the quiet of the mountains with the slopes, dining, and Fred's General Store all a short drive away.
