It's an easy, intimate basecamp for a couples' getaway or a small family trip, and the dog is welcome too.
Beech is the highest town in the eastern U.S., so the color turns early and the air goes crisp before anywhere else. Take the deck in the morning with coffee, drive the Blue Ridge Parkway at its most colorful, and come back to a fire — inside by the gas fireplace or out at the pit. Sugar Mountain's Oktoberfest and Banner Elk's Woolly Worm Festival are both a short drive.
The Space — An open kitchen, living, and dining area with vaulted ceilings that make the cabin feel bright and roomy. A large TV and board games in the living room for cozy nights in, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in rather than heading out.

Primary suite — queen bed, its own TV, and a private full bathroom.
Guest bedroom — queen bed, with a second full bathroom just outside.
Comfortable and simple, with real privacy between the two rooms — ideal for two couples or a small family.
The Outdoors — A deck for morning coffee and evening air, a stone fire pit for s'mores and starlit nights, and a propane BBQ grill for cooking out. The setting is genuinely private — a rare thing on Beech — so the quiet is yours.
Getting Around & Things to Know — Beech Mountain roads climb; from December through March we recommend AWD or 4WD, and it's smart to be prepared for early snow at this elevation. Please note there is no air conditioning — at Beech's elevation the mountain air keeps the cabin naturally cool, and a fire handles the other direction. Dogs are welcome. Ample on-site parking.
