No parties or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Approved dogs only. Pet fee is $50 per dog. Guests must follow all fire pit and fireplace safety rules. Do not leave food, trash, or pet waste outside. For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to receiving check-in instructions. Deposit Policy A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and must be paid within 24 hours of the reservation to secure your stay. Cancellation Policy Full Refund: 14 days or more before arrival. 50% Refund: 8–14 days before arrival. No Refund: 1–7 days before arrival, with exceptions for documented medical emergencies.
